Every elected leader who wants to play a constructive role in reviving Friendship Park and blocking a huge new fence should speak up, from Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Alex Padilla to San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria to the other members of the San Diego County congressional delegation besides Juan Vargas.
