San Diego UT: Stop dithering, President Biden, and approve smart plan to save Friendship Park

Will the Biden administration respond to an issue simpler than the broken Tijuana sewage infrastructure or the staggering delays at border crossings? That’s whether the White House should proceed with plans inherited from Donald Trump to build two new 30-foot border barriers in Friendship Park, ruining the traditional gathering spot between Imperial Beach and Playas de Tijuana.
